Good coaches can change a rider's legs. Great coaches can change a rider's life!
Motivated by the belief that riders heads, hearts and mental health are just as important as their hips, heels and hands, the PPCA led by Head Coach Daniel Stewart prides itself on being the only educational program in the United States that specializes in equestrian sport psychology strategies to help riders overcome the many emotional challenges associated with our sport including fears, failure and frustrations: tears, trauma and trust; mistakes, memories and missed-opportunities. Regardless of the mental challenge, the PPCA is dedicated to helping riders overcome what overwhelms them!
Candidates are not required to be trainers but must be accomplished riders with a deep understanding of the many emotional demands of riding.
Upon completion of all 50 modules, quizzes and final exam: graduates will receive a certificate-of-completion, a personalized letter of recommendation from Coach Stewart and a press-release to share with their riding community.
Graduates may renew annually by taking a $125 renewal course and exam.
Great coaches never expect riders to be more excited about learning than they are about teaching.
